Back off the short hols and whoa, has things altered somewhat. I lost faith in having any reasonable sort of service from a supplier of anything some years back, but, three weeks ago, I emailed a particular place in Exeter to find out about a rather expensive guitar. So far a reply has not happened, I sent another one a couple of days later, nothing, although their shop blurb says it hopes to reply within the hour.
